Shipping Policy

Rates and delivery

Standard shipping is $8 and typically arrives in 3–5 business days after the order ships.

Express shipping is $15 and typically arrives in 1–2 business days after the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and are separate from the 1–2 business day processing time above.

Delays and carrier issues

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

If your tracking shows an issue — lost in transit, stuck, or marked delivered but not received — email us at ssalvation.studios@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
